Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator

Remote Toronto-based applicants welcome 5–10 hours/week

We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to work directly with the Founder & CEO and help move ADENTITI's ideas, partnerships, events, and projects forward.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, coordinating people, following up on commitments, and helping a growing organization stay focused.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects, priorities, deadlines, and timelines.
  • Schedule meetings and help maintain calendars.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action-item summaries.
  • Follow up with team members on assigned tasks.
  • Organize digital documents, files, and project records.
  • Track progress across ADENTITI initiatives.
  • Assist with workshops, events, and community programs.
  • Support communication with partners and volunteers.
  • Help maintain consistency and accountability across projects.

Ideal skills

  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for someone passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, cybersecurity education, and building meaningful online communities.

You will help communicate ADENTITI's work across social media, promote programs and events, and increase awareness of our mission, products, partnerships, and community impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a weekly social media content plan.
  • Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
  • Write captions, campaign messages, and promotional copy.
  • Promote workshops, events, programs, and speaking engagements.
  • Help grow and engage ADENTITI's online community.
  • Support newsletter development and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate content with designers and other volunteers.
  • Track engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
  • Contribute ideas to ADENTITI's marketing strategy.

Ideal skills

  • Understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing.

Founding Volunteer Opportunity

Graphic Designer & Brand Designer

Remote 5–10 hours/week Creative & Brand

We are looking for a creative designer to help shape ADENTITI's visual identity and bring cybersecurity education to life through professional, accessible, and memorable design.

This role will contribute to social campaigns, educational materials, presentations, events, digital products, and initiatives such as the MAKORE cybersecurity board game.

Responsibilities

  • Create social media graphics and campaign materials.
  • Design presentations, posters, flyers, and digital assets.
  • Develop and organize ADENTITI branding assets.
  • Create visual materials for workshops and events.
  • Support website imagery and page graphics.
  • Design infographics and cybersecurity learning materials.
  • Support product, card, and game-packaging design.
  • Create reusable templates for ADENTITI communications.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Ideal skills

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
  • Familiarity with Figma is an asset.
  • Strong typography, composition, and layout skills.
  • Understanding of visual branding.
  • Creativity and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
  • A portfolio or examples of previous design work are preferred.
